[…] Capturing all the drama and glamour of the 2008 Formula One SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, Vincenzo Santangelo, executive chef of Scuderia Ferrari, was specially flown in to Singapore two weeks prior to the world championship, to do a four-course dinner paired with different variants of the champagne of celebration – G H Mumm Cordon Rouge, Vintage 1999 and Rosé. Diners were served a similar gastronomy that Chef Santangelo typically whips up for the Ferrari team and the Ferrari Formula One hospitality guests. When asked to share some of the favourite food of the Ferrari team, Chef Santangelo smiled, “They love pasta!”
